Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
In short: this website uses only technical tools, needed for it to work securely, and no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. That is why we do not ask for your consent with a banner. The Beddy booking bar at the bottom of every page sets no cookies either.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser to remember information, such as a preference or a login. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.
Technical tools
These are needed for the site to work securely and do not require consent. There are no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels or social buttons that track browsing; fonts and icons are hosted on our own server. The anti-bot check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) sets no cookies, and the site saves nothing in your browser’s local storage.

Booking bar
At the bottom of every page is the Beddy booking bar (Zucchetti Hospitality S.r.l.), which you use to check availability for your dates. The bar sets no cookies and saves no data in your browser. Beddy’s script would also try to load the Stripe payment service, which sets fraud-prevention cookies: we block it on this site’s pages, because searching works without it. Payments only take place in the booking system (see below).
External services you choose to use
Other third-party services may set their own cookies, but only after you act:
- Google Maps — on the Map & Contacts page the map does not load until you press “Show the map”. After that, Google’s rules apply (Google cookie information).
- Beddy booking system — starting a search or pressing “Book” opens villarappis.beddy.io, over the page or in a new tab. It asks for your consent with its own banner and uses its own cookies as described there.
- WhatsApp — the button opens the WhatsApp app or website, under its own rules.
If you accepted cookies before
Until 19 September 2026 the booking bar was turned on only with your consent and loaded Stripe. If you accepted then, we delete the __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid cookies on your next visit. The m cookie belongs to Stripe’s domain (m.stripe.com): you can delete it in your browser settings.
How to manage cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings (usually under Privacy or Security). If you block them the site can still be browsed; the booking system may, however, need them to complete a booking and payment.
